PODCAST PROGRESS/CHANGES

Progress for our podcast have been quite slow during the beginning stages, but we managed to finish most of the work before the deadline.

For my role on the recording of the podcast, I was mostly the one who kept everyone on track during the recording, not to say I was the main host of the podcast, but I was the one who kept everything as planned and delivered the questions. Outside of the recording, I was given the editing role for the team, Abizer and Sam would be the social media team and taking care for the rest of the podcast to make sure that the final editing would be complete.

The first few weeks, Me and Abizer were creating the script for the 1st podcast and the general flow of the podcast, Sam was absent during this phase as he had basketball matches to attend to. Once everyone in the team was together, we decided to record our first half of the first podcast, which included the sponsor, intro and the first part to the conversation. After this the podcast room closed and we were left with the DISCORD app to record our audio.

We did most of our work on discord through the final weeks, of the project. In here we finished the final parts of the 1st podcast, such as the outro and the interview with Raphael which I had trouble editing due to the multiple beeps I had to do for the curse words, and then the next day we finished the entire recording of the 2nd podcast in one day! Backstory, Intro, Discussion, Shoutout, Interview with Dyfan and Outro.

By now we were 80% complete. Now it was just time for me to edit everything, the only editing I did was setting the volume to be correct, adding sound effects and music and getting the timing of everything on time.  After that we polished our work with some small unfinished things such as team logo and blog progress.
